At The Korner Collective, we stand behind every product we curate. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

 

Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or refund (minus shipping costs).

Opened Supplements
Due to safety and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened ingestible products. However, your experience matters to us — if a product isn’t the right fit, reach out and we’ll do our best to support you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our end. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
